My head is banging… like someone’s having a tiny rave up there without my permission. I swear, it’s the kind of headache that makes you question if thinking too much is actually a hobby.

And then I remembered something simple, something almost too obvious: water. 

Yeah, water. Did you know that sometimes a light headache is just your body begging for hydration? Just a glass of water, and suddenly your brain feels like it’s back from shutdown.

It is called water therapy. Crazy, right? I’ve abused this concept like crazy, and honestly, it works. Almost. Every. Single. Time.

Now, while it might to take all the ache away, it sure will make you feel much better and experience relief, mostly when it's not severe.

I think we complicate things too much sometimes. We grab painkillers, trying to anul the discomfort… when sometimes, relief is as simple as sipping water, sitting still, and giving your body the attention it actually asked for.

So yeah, here I am, sipping my fourth glass of the day, feeling slightly more human.

Dearest reader, the point is, the simplest solutions are often the one we overlook. 

The next time your head starts banging, dont panic, before you try painkillers, Just hydrate. You might be surprised how much a little water can reset not just your headache, but your entire mood.
