Who else sucks at working under pressure? Mehn, I dread it. But somehow, life keeps throwing me into tight corners and last-minute situations.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from all my multiple last-minute shenanigans that often leave me tense, it’s simply this: take a deep breath.
When I feel overwhelmed or under pressure, I’ve learned to just pause, breathe, and relax. Because the thing about panicking is that it doesn’t solve the problem, instead it blocks you from seeing the way out.
Dearest reader, next time you find yourself drowning in pressure, remember this; pause, breathe, then take it one step at a time. You’ll find your strength in the calm.
