SHOW UP FOR YOU!

I feel we often forget to live in the moment. We lean too much into what we want, forgetting to appreciate and enjoy what's right in front of us.

For instance, we tend to play down our small wins because, in the grand scheme of things, they seem minute compared to what we want and where we’d like to be.

That’s how a friend of mine almost didn’t attend his matriculation because it didn’t feel like a big deal. In my head, I was like, “Not a big deal ke?”

For real, it’s a sad reality that we can be so fixated on the future, on things we don’t have, that we end up missing the simple art of presence, of being, and of showing up for this version of us.

The truth is, these very moments—the quiet, the messy, the uncertain—they are part of your becoming. They may not come again. They carry something beautiful if you lean in.

So show up.
For the version of you that’s dreaming.
For the version that’s still growing, slowly but surely.

Dearest reader, remember to show up for you. Reluctant? Tired? Angry? Show up! Enjoy these moments; you are likely to not have them again!
