BREAKING BAD HABITS.

The hardest thing to uphold is consistency. A week back, I attempted writing and posting my daily content before nightfall because that has been one habit I haven’t been able to break.

Well, I did well that week. I posted as early as 2pm, and I was proud of myself. In fact, you needed to see me hyping myself, saying there's nothing I cannot do.

Sha, fast forward to a week later, here I am, back to my old habit of posting as late as 11pm (shakes head).

What happened?

The hardest thing to break is a habit you've repeated over time. I’ve written for more than 365 days, posting as late as 11pm, and then I suddenly expect to break that routine overnight?

Of course, it's going to take more than just wishing. Because it's not rocket science. I can sit all day staring at a blank page and have absolutely nothing to write, but the moment it gets to 10:30pm? There’s this crazy rush to write.

It became a pattern I unknowingly sponsored, one that will take serious intentionality to break. That’s how powerful habits are.

Dearest reader, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one with a stubborn habit I’m trying to break, yet it’s not working. Hence, the need to share this with you. We are in this together.

It may seem minute, but the impact is massive. Be intentional about shaping your habits, they determine the quality of life you live.
