What if I told you that no matter what you do, at the end of the day, the world will adjust?

We often make decisions and base our actions on how much of a shift they could cause, how people will receive them, while neglecting what we actually want.

And this, my dear, is the worst way to live, because you will never truly be yourself. Being you is authentic. People will always talk. They will always have opinions. Yet, adjustment will still be made.

Dearest reader, the world will always be okay—do not ever forget that. No matter what you do, you can't alter life so much that it stops moving. Things will still fall into place.

It's crazy how we give our all to things, trying our best to live within approved opinions or cultures, regardless of how they make us feel.

Always remember: being you is honestly the coolest thing you can ever try on. Live to your heart’s content and make sure you don’t live in regret, because while the world and everyone around you adjust to the difference, you are the one who would live with the regret.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
