WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
"Some things may be correct but it might not just apply" -- X
Like I often say, different strokes for different folks. This is why we must learn to stop selling our personal experiences as the rule and also stop taking someone else's personal experience as the rule.
In the words of Pastor Victor Ogbijah, "No matter how intimidating or beautiful the experience of a man is, once it does not align with God's word, it is all lies."
Therefore, we can infer that a person's experience is not the rule. The rule is whatever aligns with God's word and principles.
Your experience is unique and authentic to you. Just because it applies to you does not make it ideal for the next person. That is why it is necessary to investigate and analyze every rule or axiom you are handed.
Do not just accept rules passed down without a basic understanding of how they would work for you, no matter who they come from. That is why Apostle Paul asked us to test the spirits.
Dearest reader, the axioms you live by, are they truly applicable to your life, or are they based on someone else's experience? If Mr A turned water into wine by following a few steps, should I, in a world where I am sensible, simply copy those steps and expect the same result? Absolutely not. Because while it may be correct and applicable to him, it might not apply to me.
