THE THING ABOUT GREED.

In the words of IAMPojo, "It takes greed to be scammed habitually."

Once beaten twice shy, but only a greedy person will be deceived repeatedly and still not take heed. Greed as an intense and selfish desire for something drives the greedy to no end.

The moment you're too quick to jump on a too good to be true opportunity, it reveals greed because oftentimes such opportunities are scams that greed blinds us from recognizing.

But how does greed do that?

When you're presented with an unbelievably good deal that benefits you significantly but you fail to consider how it benefits the other party, greed has taken over. You become consumed by what you'll gain and miss out on the why behind the offer.

If you’re the only one benefiting from a transaction, business deal, or arrangement between two parties, it is likely a scam, one that the greedy will consistently fall victim to.

Dearest reader, how often you fall for scams reveals the state of your heart concerning greed. To be habitually deceived is an error that exposes greed and if unchecked, life will continue to teach you hard lessons until your heart is right.
