We all have days when life feels heavy, and it's a blessing to have people who are always ready to cheer us up.

Be kind. Learn to speak kind words, you never know how far they can go.

There's this thing my best friend does whenever I'm having a bad day or feeling down. It's simple: she reminds me of how utterly amazing I am. It does the trick most times, you know, kind, fluttering words and all.

In a world where almost everyone is dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental struggles that dampen their spirit, where people may smile outwardly but battle so much inwardly, offering kind words is literally the bare minimum you can do for them.

The power of affirmation is unmatched. That’s why I’ll forever be grateful to be surrounded by people who constantly hype me up (lol).

Dearest reader, in all you do, be kind. It's not that hard. Treat people the way you’d love to be treated. It’s that simple.
