Hey there!

Here's another Tuesday for me to gist you all about my daily Proverbs group!

So, on Sunday at our weekly review, we had such an interesting and interactive session. Before now, these sessions were so boring that I resolved to stop them altogether because barely anyone participated.

This session started the usual boring way, so much so that the person anchoring it reached out to me, saying he wasn’t getting the response he needed. Trust me, I was tempted to tell him to just end it, but I kicked against it.

I have a knack for upholding cultures, so I told him my favorite axiom, "It’s not about what you like or want but what’s necessary." The weekly sessions were necessary, so whether we felt like it or not, we had to hold them.

Long story short, more people eventually participated, shared their opinions and tips, and though we digressed a little, it turned out to be totally fun. This whole ordeal showed me how amazing just showing up can be. If we had given up because of low response, we would have missed out on seeing consistency pay off. Whatever you do, trust that showing up consistently will someday produce results.

Dearest reader, there is wisdom in perseverance that often goes unnoticed until the results start showing. Proverbs 24:10 says, "If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small." Sometimes, the things we commit to may feel pointless at first, but faithfulness in small matters leads to great rewards.

So, keep showing up, even when it seems like no one is watching. One day, your consistency will speak for itself.

Till next time, keep pushing forward!
