CHRONICLES OF LADY AVA: The Lazy Hardworker

One truly unique thing about Lady Ava is how she's lazy 99% of the time. But that 1% when she enters her so-called Avatar state—madam can literally move mountains.

Now, while this might seem impressive, it often leads to burnout. She procrastinates on pending tasks, waiting for a surge of energy to tackle them. And when the surge finally comes, the overwhelming workload wears her out, resulting in a breakdown.

During her last burnout, caused by doing too much at once, I had to tell her the plain truth: Productivity isn't about how much you can achieve in one burst of energy. You need a system that allows you to complete tasks in manageable bits to prevent stress from piling up.

Dearest reader, learn to delegate tasks across different days of the week, whether you feel like it or not. Strive to do at least a little each day, so you don’t exhaust yourself when motivation strikes. We all have those moments when we feel unstoppable, ready to move mountains, climb hills, or even outrun Usain Bolt. But we also have days when lifting a finger feels like a chore.

Be ye not like Lady Ava, who waits for motivation to be productive.
