THE TRUTH AND MY TRUTH
Do you know that something can be true and yet not the truth? I like the way Mr. Pojo puts it: "What is true to you is a function of your reasoning, individuality, and maturity."
These three factors that validate what’s true to you vary from person to person. Therefore, what is true to you may not necessarily be true to me because we don’t reason the same way, we are unique individuals, and we operate at different levels of maturity.
In Hebrew, the word ××ת (emet) represents absolute truth, unchanging and universal. This Truth (emet) is entirely different from what we consider true based on personal experience, which is merely subjective and shaped by our interactions with life. It isn’t sufficient or universal because it lacks a generic application.
Just because something is true to you, validated by your experience and logic, doesn’t make it the Absolute Truth (emet). Personal experiences evolve, and your "truth" is not constant. As human beings, we are continually evolving, stepping into new levels of reasoning and personal growth that can reshape or even completely alter our truths.
Think back: what you firmly believed years ago may no longer hold as much weight in your present life.
Dearest reader, the point is this: your truth is valid, but you must understand not to impose it on others because it is subjective. There exists a higher Truth, one superior to our individual perspectives.
