LET GO
Who else is terrible at letting go? I seriously cannot be the only one that's so bent on believing even in a dead end that things could work out.
Now, while this character is rather charming, it is also very annoying, because instead to accept and move on, you hold on to the little crumbs left on the plate, and at the end you'd be depressed over dashed hope.
I misplaced a phone recently and not until almost a month time I came to the realization, that I'll never find the phone, the realization that I had to think of what comes next, the realization that I had to move on.
Its not only the phone incidence thingy, I have had major struggles with letting go of things, and accepting harsh reality all at once. Which makes it harder when I eventually/inevitably accept.
Dearest reader, to all who share same trait as myself, I've come to realize that a way out is to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself so you can leave that denial stage and then move on. Because like it or not, the world doesn't stop for you.
Selah!
