A Gentle Reminder.
Are you stressed? Tired?
Remind yourself of all the awesomeness you're capable of, all your abilities, and all the times you've survived even worse.
Lately has been pretty stressful for me, I've stressed myself to points I never thought I could handle, and it's how it's a back to back thingy. Anyways, the astonishing thing is in between these crazy times, when I start to feel overwhelmed I'll just remind myself that I can always be worst and I've survived worst.
Before I complete the thought, "Today is the most stressful day ever," I pause and remind myself that it’s not true. I’ve had more stressful days and come out stronger.
Lately, I’ve felt the need to take a break from everything and everyone, not just because of physical exhaustion, but also mental and emotional fatigue. Have you ever experienced that? In the past week, I felt like I might snap or faint at any moment.
Life happens, and we all go through these kinds of days—it’s totally normal. Days when your to-do list feels like your sworn enemy. Days when you struggle to leave your bed. Days when all you want to do is lay down, be unproductive, and wrestle with feelings of frustration.
Dearest reader, here’s a gentle reminder: we all have crazy days. The beauty lies in knowing that you’ll be fine eventually and in how you choose to handle these down moments. Brace up! You are all shades of amazing, and you will survive this. You have everything it takes and God gat you.
