THE LITTLE WINS.

"When we set goals and achieve them, it builds a mentality of success in us. That mentality of success builds confidence in us that we can achieve anything." – Pastor Kenny.

When it comes to delivering at stipulated times or handling last-minute tasks, I've come to boast of my abilities. Why is that? I have a massive track record of consistency.

My confidence in my abilities has greatly improved, making me hardly see impossibilities in certain areas. I'd say if it requires brain work and putting words together, I can always attempt and do well.

As success varies from person to person, one must learn to create a list of small feats and little battles won because they'll serve as a track record and motivation on days when the going gets tougher.

The little wins matter because from them, every other success springs forth. Part of biblical David's confidence in facing Goliath came from his previous track record of killing a bear and a lion.

Dearest reader, take it one step at a time. Rome was not built in a day. Focus on the possible, regardless of how small, because it will prompt you to do better.
