INTENT OVER ACTIONS.

"At the upper echelon of life, it isn't about good and evil; it's more about right and wrong. It's all about motives and intent." – Mr. Pojo.

The reason behind an action often holds more significance than the action itself. Motives and intents are the driving forces that lead to actions, which makes them super important.

From watching many detective movies, I have observed a reoccurring pattern: in solving cases, the first aspect investigated is the intent. Once the motive is uncovered, they are halfway to solving the case.

Intentions and motives determine the extent of a transgression. If I mess up something with the initial intent to improve it, the result of my actions can be justified by my intentions. However, if I perform a good deed with a bad intention, the good deed loses its value.

People don't act without reason; the intent and motive behind our actions determine whether they are right or wrong. Good intentions equate to right actions, regardless of the outcome, while bad intentions equate to wrong actions, despite the outcome.

Dearest reader, we shouldn't be easily swayed by outcomes. Just because the result is good or seemingly good, shouldn't make us hurry to conclude that the intentions behind it are good. Intent over actions!
