ASSIGNMENT STACKING

I have a habit of stacking assignments up until they pile to the roof, making them seem impossible to finish.

Well, today I realized that maybe laziness, not busyness, is the reason why I keep postponing these tasks. How did I come to this conclusion?

I have this peculiar habit of watching a movie or reading a novel while I eat, to the extent that I can't enjoy my meal unless I find the perfect show. This afternoon, during lunch, I was watching a particular movie on YouTube.

After finishing that episode, I was scrolling through my download list, trying to decide what to watch next. That's when I noticed the difference between the time it takes to watch a movie and the time it takes to watch an assignment video I had downloaded.

I had always perceived the assignment videos as extremely long, but in reality, they weren't even half as long as an episode of the series I watch. Yet, laziness kept me from sitting through them, leading me to procrastinate further.

Dearest reader, what's your excuse for not doing the one thing you know you ought to be doing? Time can always be set aside, and if you take a closer look, the task might not be as demanding as you think.
