The Nature of True Goodness.

In the words of Mr. Pojo: a good man is not a harmless man. Instead, he is a man who was once evil and has stepped out of the boundary of evil. A man who has truly known evil and has decidedly transcended to good.

I was having a conversation with my boss today, and he pointed out that the greatest of men are the ones with the ability, power, and influence at their disposal to abuse, yet they will never abuse it.

We never know how influence would affect us, but we'd argue with our life that we wouldn't abuse it.

Some people aren't truly humble; it's just the absence of what would fuel their arrogance that keeps them in such a state. So, when you see a man who, despite the presence of power, exercises humility or is well-behaved, then that is a truly good man.

Dearest reader, don't call yourself good if you haven't been placed in a situation that would make you otherwise. You can't be good without experiencing evil!
