WITH AND WITHOUT PHONE.
Nothing brings out the most hardworking part of me more than having my phone switched off. It gives me an incredible surge of energy that I can't explain—I could literally wash the entire house, sweep the street, and mop the roof if my phone is off, especially in the morning.
So, waking up to zero percent battery this morning and having no plans, I ended up doing an unusual amount of cleaning. I spent the entire day cleaning, and with no strength left, I decided to write.
What I can't understand is why a turned-off phone brings out this side of me to the point that people around me have noticed. If I’m being industrious, my stepmom will ask if my phone has gone off, and she’s right 100% of the time.
Dearest reader, can you relate to being lazy until your phone goes off? I can literally forget to eat or do anything else while on my phone, and I'm just now beginning to notice it.
What are your thoughts on my personality shift with and without my phone? Have you experienced this too?
