MY EATING HABIT.

The tradition of watching movies while eating began with my sister. She wouldn't start her meal until she had chosen the perfect movie to accompany it. Even though she is no longer here, I find myself continuing this habit, particularly with Korean dramas.

Ironically, I used to tease my sister about her peculiar routine. Yet, this morning, I couldn't fully enjoy my breakfast because my phone's battery was too low to watch a K-drama. It's amusing how things change.

This experience made me realize how habits are formed through the association of a feeling or need with a specific action. For me, the need to eat has become associated with the action of watching K-dramas. Over time, I might find it difficult to enjoy a meal without them.

Dearest reader, this realization struck me today. It's the little things that matter. Often, the most impactful habits start as small, barely noticeable actions.

What habits have you subconsciously developed by associating them with certain actions?
