DISH WHAT YOU CAN TAKE!

Hey there!

I've been having issues with one of my two female best friends(Yes, I have two bestie, given that I do have a large heart). I didn't know what I did wrong and she refused to tell me, it got to a point where she started snubbing my texts. I was pissed.

After writing over 50+ unanswered apology messages for an offense I know not, and she just blue ticked the messages and didn't reply, I was hurt and decided to give up. Las Las na friendship, nor be do or die affair.

So, it made my mood down and a friend we both shared asked what was going on with us. I told the guy my side of the story, and after speaking with my bestie, we had a conversation.

After series of questions he asked and replies I gave, oga was like, "So you can dish it, but cannot take it". Mehn, I just weak. We can be very myopic sometimes ehn, it was how I couldn't see the wrongs I've done that was so weird.

I was pissed at her reaction, but the moment he explained her shoes to me, and how she felt, and did the thing of making me assume myself in her shoes, my anger immediately melted.

Long story short, we all meet up today after work, and just talked it out.

Dearest reader, you can be very wrong and as long as you don't see it, you'll never do better. If you know something would hurt you, don't dish it to others. I wasn't intentionally hurting my best friend but I did and it took a third party to make me clearly see it.
