COMMIT TO IT!
"Process and failure look alike", Apostle Femi Lazarus.
In one of Apostle Femi Lazarus videos, he explained how process and failure look alike. And it just resonated with me.
When you start this growth journey, it's very annoying because the result doesn't come instantaneously. I remember last year around July myself and a friend was opportuned to learn a soft skill and we were so thrived at the thought of making money.
This excitement soon waned, we were no longer enthusiastic at all, we knew it was a process, but from the standpoint of our needs and wants, the process wasn't processing. Eventually, my friend gave up before the completion of the skill, though I continued on I wasn't able to complete it due to several factors.
So, the point is, when we started the course, our gaze was fixed at the reward and we neglected the process via motivational talks. However, when the reward wasn't forthcoming as we had anticipated, it felt like failure, looked like failure.
There's a thin line between process and failure, it's so thin you wouldn't notice it until the end. Process takes time to compound reward while taking the form/outlook of failure. It's often only via their fruits, and products that these both can be differentiated.
Dearest reader, what's that one thing you're committing to that seems as though you're failing? Nor panic, the result of your process would blow everyone out of their mind. Commit to it!
