UNDUE FATIGUE.
They are just days that leave me so drained and lifeless for absolutely no reason. Today is one of those days for me. Despite a routine day, I carry a fatigue that seems to suggest the weight of the world rests upon my shoulders.
As a poet once expressed, "The burden of unspoken words is heavier than a heart pretending to soar when it knows only how to fall."
For me, writing and walking are therapeutic remedies. The act of putting pen to paper or strolling brings a sense of calmness to my soul, akin to a refreshing breeze.
Dear reader, do you too grapple with inexplicable tiredness, anger, or sadness from time to time with no actual reason? How do you navigate through it?
