RELIGIOUS MEDIOCRE.



"God gave us sense so that he can rest", X.  

One of my favorite phrases is the, "We are not deaf and dumb for a reason", and i believe it so strongly. As Christians we tend to misunderstand certain things. 

I heard someone saying he cannot buy malaria medicine because of how much he serves God, and It got me confused. What is the use of malaria medicine? One must have suffered being beaten by mosquito to need such medicine right? So it's common sense to prevent it rather than cling on to the mediocre ideology that serving God would magically heal you from your own wrongdoings. 

I'm not denying God's ability to heal all diseases and ailment, but think of it, if he wanted to solve every of our needs, he wouldn't have given us brains. Know that everything is given for a purpose, we have doctors to help when we fall sick so we need not do certain unnecessary praying. 

Prayer is important, but understanding is of most importance. Don't come and be blasting in tongues for something paracetamol will solve. 

Dearest reader, certain situations requires common sense(which has already been given), and not overly righteousness. Don't go to a sword fight with spoon, it's not wise.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
