PROGRESS IS BLISS.

"When you make progress, yesterday becomes fascinating, including the shege", Mr Pojo.

There's nothing more satisfying than seeing the progress you've made. The best part of my day was searching for a particular content I wrote about last year to show someone something, and afterward, I went through some really old write-ups. Remembering how it all started with my coach nearly brought tears to my eyes.

Trust me, it wasn't a smooth journey. I wanted to give up countless times, but after a short break, I came back to it. I struggled, and above all, I despised the process.

I didn't instantly become good at writing when I connected with a coach. Instead, I became a better person first, and being a better person made me a better writer.

If writing didn't define me, it would've been like trying to fix bad handwriting without addressing the wound on the wrist of the one writing (a wasted effort).

Reflecting on the journey so far, I smiled. Not because it has been easy, but because despite the difficulties, I survived and emerged as a better writer than I was yesterday.

Dear reader, nothing compares to the sweet feeling of doing well, the sweet feeling of making progress. It's amazing. Here's to greater progress that will make us grateful for today's shege.
