RECKLESSNESS.
Today, I learned how to ride a bike; it was incredibly exciting! The sheer recklessness of maneuvering a vehicle with only half-baked knowledge of its components was quite daring.
Before that, I was having a bad day, worried about something, until a friend offered to teach me how to ride a bike, remembering that I had expressed interest in learning.
I loved it! Even before mastering steady driving, I found myself attempting to ride at full speed. Fortunately, I had an amazing teacher, making it more enjoyable. For a brief moment, all my worries melted away.
It wasn't as difficult once I let go of my inhibitions, which initially made me careful to avoid injury. This experience taught me that recklessness isn't always negative.
There's so much potential that fear, expressed as inhibitions, can prevent us from realizing.
Dearest reader, embrace recklessness occasionally. There are often necessary recklessness in life. (Mind you, I'm still an amateur at bike riding, though!)
