Hey there!
Merry Weekend
I trust you had a great day
Here's a story from my day I would love your opinion on🙂
Headed home today I boarded a keke(Tricycle), not long two other ladies joined in, and after calling where they would stop the driver told them the price which did not sit well with them so he stopped and they alighted the vehicle.
From my end I asked the driver why he had not carry them, the difference wasn't much but he complained about the cost of going by each day which I understood. Fast forward Oga didn't meet other passengers and carried myself alone.
So this left me wondering if he was right to have left those ladies, even though they weren't paying the normal price, they were still paying something which was better than driving an almost empty vehicle.
Dearest reader, what do you think? Is half a loaf really better than none? The driver prioritized immediate earnings over accommodating passengers willing to pay a reduced fare, shows a tension between profit and service, don't you think?
