DO YOU FEEL LIKE A SCAM?

Do you often feel like a scam? Like you are probably just deceiving everyone who believes in you and look up to you.

One of my best qualities is being real with you though in a reassuring way. I tend to know just how well to paint the disadvantage of that thing you're doing, how to make you see the amount of work you still have to do, and give you hacks to overcome an unproductive laziness. 

Yet, lately I've been wondering if I'm just a scam! I have an exam in exactly a week time and I can't wrap my mind around why I'm so relaxed and lazy. If it were someone else I'd tell the person about how this particular exam's result would either shape the rest of their year or the rest of their lives, whereas I lay lazily on the sofa fascinated by Chimamanda's vivid descriptions of the Biafran war. 

You do know it's quite easier to give an advice until you're in the mess, if I'm being real with myself, i can see that i havent been much serious and it frightens me how much others feel that since it's my second attempt here i would automatically do better. 

Anyways, that just about me, you nko? Do you do certain things that makes you feel like an hypocrite? Do you marvel at how attentively people listen to the rubbish you say? 

Dearest reader, do you say something at times and wonder at how sophisticated it does sound and be surprised at where it came from? I'd love to know if I'm the only one who feels like a scam.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
