VEILED REALITIES.

We don't really know people, do we?

It is my claim that we really don't know people, we only get to see the side of them that they want us to see.

Last night, a friend of mine unraveled something another friend had been doing. I was awestruken and dumbfounded, I could've sworn with my life that the person wasn't capable of such actions, but there were evidence.

It was painful to realize that even after so many years of friendship I didn't know this person, we were good pals and had gone through so much together so you'll understand my shock.

As humans, we can do a dual-personality, where we act in split personalities. Showing only a particular side to certain persons, it varies from person to person.

Dearest reader, we can't know all there is to a person, no matter how close, you'd be surprised if you knew some of the actions of the people you trust so much. And same goes for you, there are some of your actions even your closest friends don't get to know about.

Be rest assured in the knowledge that all you obviously see, is what they wanted you to.
