THY USEFULLNESS.



In the words of Admin Paul, "You're useful until you're useless". 

This is to say that we should never get too comfortable with an height attained, you can easily be replaced when you devalue by not adding more value to yourself. 

I was told a story of how someone was promoted to one of the top persons of particular organization but within a few months was demoted. One moment he was useful, the next he wasn't. 

Life is vastly dynamic, you can't afford to be static. You can be arrogant, pessimistic, and every other bullshit, but as long as you bring value and you're useful people will condole it, because you are needed. And Because if someone else can offer same value, they'll move on. 

Dearest reader, be exceptional, constantly up your game. If you have seen the medical series, "House MD", you'll be so infuriated at the lead character's behavior yet given that he was really good at what he does(being an exceptional doctor) everybody puts up with him, because he has so much to offer.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
