TAKE A BREAK.
Hey there!
Do you ever experience days when being you seems so exhausting? On days that you are tired of being yourself, how do you cope?
Are you wondering about what I mean when I mentioned getting tired of being you? Well, It's my claim that we all have those days, where we are so fed-up with everything including ourselves or perhaps especially ourselves.
When you feel overwhelmed, unduly fatigued and perhaps a little depressed, it's a call to take a break. For me 24hours without my phone can be very therapeutic and productive, it's how my mind relaxes and recovers.
Be it sleeping or running whatsoever works for you as a form of relaxation, endeavor to enjoy on it every now and then. It's normal to get tired and exhausted from being you, it's normal to want out, but with adequate rest and relaxation, your mind would be refreshed and things will flow easier and back to normal.
Dearest reader, when being you get tiring, take a break, relax. We are all going through something, there's a need to take a break before we break down. You can't run a marathon at full speed,, you might miss the finish line...
