A wise man ones said, "I have never met anyone so dumb that I couldn't learn anything from". This is to say we can learn from every person no matter how dumb they are. 

Be it intentionally or not, once you are associated with a person, certain of their habit begins to rub off on you. My boss would usually burst into a particular song whenever a deal goes through at work, subconsciously I found myself humming the song whenever I am in a good mood. 

The people around you can easily influence you, there's nobody that cannot be influenced by people. But when we are conscious of our ability to take up specific characteristics of any person we come in contact with, we can then make it to our advantage. 

Dearest reader, be intentional about the habits you emulate. When you intentional take up an habit from a person, it leaves less room for just any habit of that person to stick to you.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
