TIME MANAGEMENT.



Every individual has an equal 24 hours per day, yet you seldom see individuals who have just enough time, we are often seeking more time. 

I have been quite busy of late and I complained one time that I was so tired and needed more time, and that 24 hours was no longer enough for me. Someone heard me and just laughed. 

"How do you mean 24 hours is not enough for you? Do you know that means you have poor time management skills?". 

Yes! I was shocked time management was a skill. In the words of Pastor Efe, 'every important resource is always scarce'. Therefore via the knowledge of economics, we are supposed to learn how to actively use a scale of preference so as to be mindful of what we spend precious time doing. 

Dearest reader, time is a currency. And so far it's the most expensive, don't waste it on just anything. Be intention about every moment, I just discovered I hadn't been managing my time very well. What exactly do you spend your time on?

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
