SEE DIFFERENTLY.




"Everyone looks, but we all see differently", Femi Lazarus. 

This morning something happened between my sister and me, I was deeply hurt and Infuriated but I did mange to control my reaction/response. 

I had to force myself to see things from her end, once I could step out of my opinion and look at it from her view and the lens she did, I could see in plain sight the reason behind it. 

There's a difference between looking and seeing, when you look at a matter what do you see?

Later today, I asked a friend of mine why  certain persons show up on my face(A group of fellow i happen to not like) and his reply was that they also see it as annoying as I do.

From whatever way we do look, it's crazy how a different possibilities can be seen from same experience or circumstances. Down from my sister's anger this morning to getting pissed at that group, it just drove the thought that we must endeavor to see differently despite our feelings. 

Dearest reader, when you do look, unlike most of us, see beyond your emotions. See differently.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
