CRAZY EXPERIENCE.



Dearest reader, you will not absolutely believe what just happened!

I was sent on an errand to get fuel, the weather has been really hot of late and since we haven't had Nepa light for ages now, it became a daily ritual to get fuel. 

It was late which meant I'd have to go the extra mile to get fuel, so I hurried hoping to meet the nearest fuel station before it closed for the day. In my haste, I was unfortunate to wear a particular slipper that was close to pulling off.  

Just before I got to the fuel station, the slippers did come off. Embarrassment almost killed me, and to make matters worse I came across a friend of mine(more like a secondary school crush), at this point, I cursed and wished the ground open and saved me the embarrassment. 

Long story short, I got over my situation and even walked barefoot into the fuel station, got my fuel, and luckily got a free ride home. 

The first thing I got from this whole scenario is how we become clumsy in an attempt to hurry up, if I had picked another slipper despite my haste, I would've been saved from that whole lot of embarrassment. 

Second is how we make it seem as though the universe is against us just because when we encounter a little upset. Before God comes through for us sometimes we don panic tire.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
