INCONSISTENCY IS LEARNT.

At first when my coach mentioned this to me, I just shrugged and then smiled.

"What harm will a few days of not being consistent do?" I thought to myself. A lot of harm apparently.

Once a writer isn't always a writer, just a year back I could write really good love poem and then I stopped, an attempt at writing in that line currently will be really difficult if not impossible, that's what inconsistency does.

Well, long story short, I had this particular daily task, I haven't been able to keep up with it for a few weeks now and trust me, initially I had really strong reasons for being inconsistent with these task, now it's just laziness since my mind had already adapted to being inconsistent.

Funny enough, motivation and positive confession doesn't help in this case. The knowledge that I've got to get back to these task hadn't helped me start, same way beating myself over it didn't still help.

Today I happened to motivate myself so much, backed up with a zillion positive confession quote, in the end i'd go to bed without doing it.

Dearest reader, inconsistency sucks, and it's a disease. It all starts subtly and soon the impact blows on your face all at once, fueled by laziness and excuses. But when you notice the symptoms or see the warning, oga take heed.

Merry Christmas❤️
