IGNORANCE IS NO LONGER AN EXCUSE.



In the words of Esther Paul, "Ignorance is no longer an excuse", this struck me. 

Our generation has no excuse for why we shouldn't do well, for if our parents knew better, they would've done better. 

There's this thing we do where we tend to blame everyone and everything else aside from ourselves for our mistakes/misfortune. 

Now, if you are still ignorant with the easy access to information we have in our present time, then it is on you, gone are the days where ignorance was an excuse. 

Lack of information is danger in itself, you cannot afford to be uninformed. The quality and quantity of what you know, has a long role to play in who you are and how far you'd go. 

Dearest reader, invest in your knowledge and whatsoever you consume.

TEAM WORK

It can be quite frustrating when a collective effort results in only one person receiving all the praise. Even if my contribution is just 1%, it shouldn’t be overlooked. You never know how these small efforts can make a significant difference. My bubugaga is back from school, and today we did a lot of tidying up. It’s amazing how I suddenly find the energy to work when she's around, despite my usual laziness. After completing so much work, we took a break—we were honestly worn out. Fast forward to the end of the day: everyone applauded her for a job well done, as though it was solely her effort. It felt off because I felt I deserved some recognition too—it was teamwork, after all. So, the point is, you never know how hurtful it can be when someone's effort goes unacknowledged.
