WHAT'S THE NEED FOR A THIRD PARTY?.

"Some issues need a mediator", Juliet Okwanyionu. Certain matters cannot just be resolved between the persons involved given that everyone is biased.

In a case scenario where two individuals are in disagreement, they can hardly see the full picture because everyone is right in their own perspective. Mr. A will tell the story in a way that paints him as an angel same as Mr. B, with none of them interested in looking at the other person's perspective it just births a larger problem. .

Here's where a middleman comes in. Mr. C has absolutely no connection with Mr. A and Mr. B (The supposed individuals in disagreement). With the absence of a connection or relation between the middleman and the conflicted men, he can thereby hear from both sides and resolve the problem without much biases.

At times to see the right in a thing, you have got to step out of your perspective, ideas and principles. Why then will Mr. A and Mr. B listen to Mr. C? They'll listen because he have no issues or connection with their disagreement.

The middle man is often called third party, seen as the, 'Over-sabi" since it should be none of his business however he indulges.

When necessary seek for a third party who'd seen clearly between both sides or be the third party.

Dearest reader, you can't do life alone, buddy.
