A STEP AT A TIME.
"Start from where you are, use what you have, do what you can", Arthur Ashe.
Even the biggest of persons started from a trial-and-error method, nobody had it all at once. Some persons want their first attempt to be flawless which is a very limiting ideology.
The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step, you won't know how far you can go until you try. Don't wait to have it all figured out before you attempt.
Don't be hurry to 'do' yet don't waste precious time waiting for a flawless first attempt. A friend of mine was counting things he intended to get by next year, I just reminded him of the fact that next year was in a 2months time. In this journey, it is one step in front of one, from where you are what can you attempt?
I do agree that my friend should dream big but his plans for a new year that's only in a few month is just quixotic given his current performance. Start from somewhere before you seek a quantum leap.
By working with what you have, you accumulate more experience and explore your expertise, and by the end, you will be able to do much more than you had originally thought possible.
