REMAIN CALM.


When everything becomes chaotic try to be calm. No matter what is going on, it is best to be calm for that's the only was to figure out a way out. 

Last night, my mobile phone fell face down on the tile. At this, my heart skipped a beat, I was so scared and worried. Almost panicking but then I took a deep breathe, regaining my composure I tried putting the phone on. 

For what felt like a zillion years, I kept pressing the on button but it didn't turn on. Giving that I'm a cry baby, at this I would've started crying but I didn't this time. Being unusually calm I thought of plugging the phone to a power bank and like magic, immediately I plugged it, it went on. 

I was so elated. 
But let's pause to imagine that as the phone was refusing to turn on i started crying, would I have been able to think of plugging it to a power bank? 

"At the height of emotion, a man loses his sense of reasoning" Dr. King. Therefore, when you feel so much try to be calm before doing anything. I have seen people smash their phone against the wall because of anger, that's just dumb, not because the phone is so important but because they let their emotions get the better of them. 

Dearest reader, here's my formula for staying calm in real messy situation; BREATH IN AND OUT.
