A poet once said, "Life isn't the air we breath but the moments that takes our breathe away". For me, gorgeous views and landscape is just breathtaking and even when it rains chaos I enjoy taking a deep breath as I imagine the perfect scenery. 

I was first introduced to this concept the day I explained how I enjoy the the moon's perfect company on my night strolls to my coach, "Go on these strolls more often" he said and when I told him about being grounded he smiled and replied, "You can go on these strolls in your head, your mind is very powerful, your brain won't even know the difference". 

So attempted, it was a surprise how my imagination could give same calm relaxing effect as the night sky or wind. Trust me, I was elated, I went more often. In these strolls I get to BE, just simply exist and let go of all my worries. 

There's so much pressure going around and letting go of our worries once in a while is a form of self-therapy second to journaling. Every now and then, I go on these magnificent strolls and adventures to stay sane in a world that thrive in chaos. 

This at first left me in is the bewilderment of how fascinating the mind is, little wonder King Solomon said we should guard our heart(mind) for out of it flows the issues of life. It is quite deceptive, Imagine how it can conjure same effect as a natural stroll for an artificial(imaginary) stroll.
